Philipp Konzett is a Liechtenstein-based lawyer and notary public. He also serves as board member of Liechtenstein foundations and is a member of the supervisory board of a regional bank. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Philipp specialises in Liechtenstein foundation and trust law, advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious private client matters. In addition to representing his clients before the Liechtenstein courts, he also acts as counsel and as arbitrator in private client arbitration proceedings. Philipp has published various articles on Liechtenstein law, primarily focusing on foundation and commercial law. He has held professorships at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and at the Faculty of Law of the University of Vienna. He is the author of numerous publications with a predominantly private commercial law focus and has taught as a visiting professor at several universities in Austria and abroad (London School of Economics and Political Science, Chuo University Tokyo).
