Since 1 May 2024, it has been possible to carry out authentications and certifications electronically in the Principality of Liechtenstein. This change to the law also opens up new options for Nueber Konzett’s clients. The process of authenticating and certifying documents will no longer require the parties to be physically present. For cross-border and international matters in particular, which we commonly handle at Nueber Konzett, this change marks a considerable improvement.
Michael Nueber is now available to certify and authenticate documents online in his capacity as a notary public without the need for a physical appointment (m.nueber@n-k.legal).
